The Fluid & Flow Program is a progressive training system designed to take you from foundational bodyweight movements to advanced kettlebell training, building the strength, mobility, and endurance needed to become a more confident, powerful, and agile surfer. Each month, the program evolves—introducing new exercises that challenge you while ensuring consistent progress. These are the same routines I use with athletes, starting with core fundamentals and progressing to functional, surf-specific movement patterns. With over a decade of coaching experience, I’ve worked with athletes at every level—from young groms and juniors to elite professionals. But at the core of my training philosophy is helping everyday men move, train, and perform at their best, no matter their starting point.
As a former rugby league athlete and lifelong surfer, I understand firsthand the demands that an active lifestyle places on the body. My coaching is built on a deep knowledge of how the body moves correctly, ensuring that every program is tailored to your needs, goals, and physical capabilities.

I’ve been crushing the workouts they’re so good I love the way of training and I’ve been noticing good improvements in my surfing as well! POWER SURFER PROGRAM
I used to spend so much time and money on surf coaching, watching endless YouTube tutorials, but nothing really changed. My surfing had plateaued, and I couldn’t figure out why.
That all changed when I started training with JDT. I’ve always been confident in the gym, lifting heavy and sticking to a routine, but Jared’s approach to movement completely shifted the way I train. His functional movement patterns unlocked a whole new level of mobility, and now I can actually feel the difference in my surfing. Do I need a gym or equipment to follow this program?
No gym? No problem. Your program is tailored to what you have access to—whether it’s just bodyweight, kettlebells, or a full gym setup.
How does the program fit around my surfing or training schedule?
There are no fixed training days—your program is built to complement the surf forecast and your lifestyle. When the waves are pumping, you’re out there. When it’s flat, you’re training.
How many days a week will I need to train?

What does the program include?
You’ll receive a fully personalised training plan, access to our training app, video tutorials for every exercise, and ongoing support to keep you progressing.
How long are the workouts?
Each session takes 20–40 minutes, depending on your training volume and focus areas. Short, effective, and designed to fit into a busy schedule.
Is this program for all fitness levels?
Yes! Whether you're just starting out or have years of training experience, your program will be built for you, with regressions and progressions to match your level.
What if I have injuries or movement restrictions?
Your program will be adjusted to work around injuries and limitations, focusing on improving mobility, stability, and overall movement quality while keeping you pain-free.
How does payment work?
You can choose between an ongoing program or a one-off 8-week plan. There’s no set price, as each program is fully customised to your individual needs.
How many surfers do you work with?
I only take on a small group of surfers each month to ensure I have the time to build and adjust your individual program. When someone drops off, a spot opens up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Some training styles aren’t for everyone. If you don’t feel this is the right fit, I’ll refund your program—no questions asked.
How does your training app work?
The app delivers your personalised workouts, tracks your progress, and includes video tutorials with form cues, so you always know exactly how to train.
