Do I need a gym or equipment to follow this program?
The Functional Surf Training Program only requires Kettlebells, Bands and your own Bodyweight. It's designed to get you training from the living room to the gym.
How does the program fit around my surfing or training schedule?
There are no fixed training days—your program is built to complement the surf forecast and your lifestyle. When the waves are pumping, you’re out there. When it’s flat, you’re training.
How many days a week will I need to train?
The program includes 3 training days per week. You have the flexibility to choose when to train based on your schedule, so it fits around your surf sessions and daily routine.
What does the program include?
You’ll receive a fully personalised training plan, access to our training app, video tutorials for every exercise, and ongoing support to keep you progressing.
How long are the workouts?
Each session takes 20–40 minutes, depending on your training volume and focus areas. Short, effective, and designed to fit into a busy schedule.
