Strong is designed to build optimal strength. We focus on developing functional movement patterns with an emphasis on core stability. Whether your an athlete or beginner ‘technique first’ is our mantra and thoroughly coached into every session.

Fast is a high energy, high tempo conditioning session. Designed to enhance your overall mobility & fitness, it’s the perfect addition to complement strength days. Improve your agility, balance and co-ordination while pushing your cardiovascular endurance to new levels.

X is our ‘all in one’ total fitness session. From strength and conditioning to speed and agility, X will challenge all aspects of your fitness. Expect kettlebells, Barbells, bands and bodyweight. This all inclusive session will cover all bases of your training.

SPIDER

Spider is our Saturday circuit. It will test you mentally as much as physically. Team culture is forged by supporting and pushing each other throughout this session. Designed to build resilience in those hungry for an edge in their fitness and life.

JUNIOR SQUADS

Designed to support young aspiring athletes enhance their athletic capabilities and mental resilience. We develop foundational movement patterns before loading the body with external weight. Juniors will be encouraged to build discipline and respect, while progressing all elements of their fitness.
