JARED DE THIERRY

With over 20 years of coaching experience, I’ve worked with athletes at every level—from young groms and juniors to elite professionals. But coaching has never just been about sets and reps. It’s about feeling strong, moving well, and building habits that support a long, healthy life.

Every athlete brings something unique to the table, and my role is to guide, support, and challenge them in the right way. As a former rugby league player and lifelong surfer, I understand the demands an active lifestyle places on the body. My coaching focuses on helping people train with purpose, making sure every program is designed around individual needs, goals, and movement patterns.

I believe health and performance go hand in hand, but what matters most is showing up, staying consistent, and enjoying the process. That’s what I aim to bring to every session.
